Where do I get new photos of myself for posts?
Four ways: a friend with a phone, your own phone on a timer, a photographer, or AI-generated photos made from photos of you. The first two are free and work well if you have the time and a good spot. A photographer suits one important photo. AI-generated photos suit a steady supply in different settings without a shoot, as long as they look like you and you are open that they are AI-generated.
What is the free way?
Ask a friend to take a few photos with a phone, or set your phone on a timer. Stand facing a window for soft light, take many shots, and keep the few you like. It costs only the time, and the photo is of you on that day.
When is a photographer worth it?
When you need one photo that has to be right, like a speaker bio or a company page, and you want someone to direct the light and pose. It usually takes a booking and some of your time.
How do AI-generated photos help with posting often?

Do I have to say they are AI-generated?
Being open is the simple choice. Every FreshFrame photo is labelled AI-generated in its file name and metadata and carries Google’s SynthID watermark, which is invisible. Sites often rename files and remove metadata when you upload, so don’t count on the file to say it for you. How do I keep them looking like me?
