Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-24
FreshFrame makes AI photos of you from your own photos, for your own work, social and dating profiles. These rules apply to everything you upload, everything you ask for, and every photo you keep. They are part of our Terms of Service.
- Only you, and only if you are 18 or older. Upload only photos of yourself. Each upload asks you to confirm that the photos are of you and that you are 18 or older.
- No one else. No photos of other people, even with their permission. No photos of children, celebrities or public figures.
- No impersonation. Do not use FreshFrame or its photos to pose as another real person.
- Don't mislead people about who you are. Use photos that look like you. Don't use them to suggest an identity, appearance or life that isn't yours.
- No nude, sexual or suggestive images. Don't upload them and don't ask for them.
- No face swaps. FreshFrame does not put your face onto other people's photos or bodies, or anyone else's face onto yours. Don't try to make it.
- No harassment, fraud or fake IDs. Don't use the photos to harass, deceive or defraud anyone, for ID documents, or to pass an identity verification check.
- Follow each platform's rules. Every site and app has its own rules on AI-generated or edited photos. Check them before you upload, and follow them.
- No resale, no stock, no AI training. The photos are for your own profiles. Don't resell them as stock imagery or use them to train AI models.
- Keep the AI label. Every photo is AI-generated, and Google's image model adds an invisible SynthID watermark that identifies it as AI-generated. Don't remove it, and don't claim a photo is an unedited camera photo.
Enforcement
If you break these rules, we may refuse a request, stop a session, delete the photos involved and close your account.
