The small print.

1. What FreshFrame is

FreshFrame (“we”, “us”) is an AI photography service operated by FreshFrame. You upload selfies, we use them to generate a model of your face and produce professional-style photos intended for dating-app profiles and similar personal use.

By using FreshFrame you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and the person actually pictured in the selfies you upload. You may not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent, and you may not upload photos of children.

3. Your content, your rights

You keep ownership of the selfies you upload and the photos we generate for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploads solely to run the pipeline, deliver your output, and maintain your account.

We do not train models on your face. Your uploads are used only to build the per-session identity model described on our site and to score generated photos against that model. They are not used as training data for any general-purpose model.

4. What you can't do with the output

• Impersonate another real person, or pose as someone you're not
• Use the photos in a way that could be defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal in your jurisdiction
• Generate or upload non-consensual intimate imagery
• Resell or redistribute the output as stock imagery

5. Credits, payment, refunds, and subscriptions

Prices are shown on the site in USD and billed via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. When you purchase a tier you receive photo credits in your account:

• Standard — $79 · 15 credits, one-time
• Pro — $129 · 40 credits, one-time
• Top-up — $30 · 10 credits, one-time
• Club — $19/month · 10 fresh credits every billing cycle

One credit equals one delivered photo. Credits do not expire. You spend them by starting a shoot (uploading selfies, picking scenes, choosing a photo count). If a shoot cannot deliver the requested number of photos, the difference is refunded to your credit balance automatically.

Club is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Credits already granted stay in your balance after cancellation.

14-day refund.If you're not happy with your shoot, email us within 14 days at alex.c@freshframe.co and we'll refund the original purchase in full. Photos stay yours — we don't ask for them back. Club subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis for the current billing period.

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but don't guarantee it. Generation typically takes 5–15 minutes; occasional delays happen. If a shoot cannot be completed after multiple retries we will automatically refund you.

7. Biometric data — written consent

The selfies you upload contain your facial geometry. Under certain U.S. state laws — including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and the Washington Biometric Privacy Act — facial geometry is regulated biometric information.

By checking the consent box at upload time, you authorize FreshFrame to: (a) collect, store, and process your facial geometry solely to build the per-shoot identity model and score generated photos against it; (b) share that data only with the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy §4; and (c) retain it for no longer than 30 days after your most recent purchase, after which it is permanently deleted.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing alex.c@freshframe.co; we will delete your biometric data within 14 days of receipt. Withdrawal does not affect any photos already delivered to your gallery.

7A. Free demo — biometric consent

The free demo at /demo collects facial geometry just like the paid product. Before the demo will accept your selfie, you must tick the affirmative-consent box on the page. We record the Terms-of-Service version you accepted, the consent timestamp, and a hashed IP, keyed off a session id stored in your browser. The uploaded selfie is deleted within 24 hours; the consent record and any derived face-model data within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing alex.c@freshframe.co. The demo is currently unavailable to visitors located in Illinois, Texas, Washington, and New York — see Privacy Policy §6A.

8. Data retention

See the Privacy Policy. TL;DR: uploaded selfies and intermediate face-model data are deleted 30 days after your most recent purchase (or 30 days after Club cancellation). Generated photos are kept in your gallery forever — you can download them at any time and they are never auto-deleted. You can request deletion of everything at any time by emailing us.

9. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that generated photos will match every preference or produce any specific outcome (like getting more dating matches). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FreshFrame is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; if we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, email registered users. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
