The small print.

1. What FreshFrame is

FreshFrame (“we”, “us”) is an AI photography service operated by FreshFrame. You upload selfies, we use them to generate a model of your face and produce professional-style photos intended for dating-app profiles and similar personal use.

By using FreshFrame you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and the person actually pictured in the selfies you upload. You may not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent, and you may not upload photos of children.

3. Your content, your rights

You keep ownership of the selfies you upload and the photos we generate for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploads solely to run the pipeline, deliver your output, and maintain your account.

We do not train models on your face. Your uploads are used only to build the per-session identity model described on our site and to score generated photos against that model. They are not used as training data for any general-purpose model.

4. What you can't do with the output

• Impersonate another real person, or pose as someone you're not
• Use the photos in a way that could be defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal in your jurisdiction
• Generate or upload non-consensual intimate imagery
• Resell or redistribute the output as stock imagery

5. Payment, refunds, and subscriptions

Prices are shown on the site in USD and billed via Stripe. One-time shoots (Starter, Pro) are billed once at checkout. Club is a monthly subscription billed in advance; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

14-day refund.If you're not happy with your shoot, email us within 14 days of delivery at alex.c@freshframe.co and we'll refund the full amount. No questions. Subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis for the current billing period.

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but don't guarantee it. Generation typically takes 5–15 minutes; occasional delays happen. If a shoot cannot be completed after multiple retries we will automatically refund you.

7. Data retention

See the Privacy Policy. TL;DR: uploaded selfies are deleted 30 days after delivery; generated photos remain accessible in your gallery per your tier; you can delete everything at any time by emailing us.

8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that generated photos will match every preference or produce any specific outcome (like getting more dating matches). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FreshFrame is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; if we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, email registered users. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
