The small print.

1. What FreshFrame is

FreshFrame (freshframe.co, “FreshFrame”, “we”, “us”) is software that generates AI photos of you from photos of yourself that you upload, for your own personal profiles, such as work, social and dating profiles. There is no photographer or editor; the photos are generated by AI.

By using FreshFrame you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18. You may upload only photos of yourself. You may not upload photos of any other person, including with their permission, and you may not upload photos of children, celebrities or public figures. FreshFrame does not swap faces onto other people’s photos or bodies; it generates new images of you from your own photos. Each upload asks you to confirm that the photos are of you and that you are 18 or older.

3. Your content, your rights

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the photos we generate for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploads solely to run the pipeline, deliver your output, and maintain your account.

We do not train models on your face. Your uploads are used only to generate and check photos for your own session. They are not used as training data for any general-purpose model.

4. What you can’t do with the output

• Impersonate another real person, or pose as someone you’re not
• Use the photos in a way that could be defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal in your jurisdiction
• Generate or upload non-consensual intimate imagery
• Resell or redistribute the output as stock imagery

5. Payment and refunds

Payment. Orders are processed by our payment provider, which acts as our merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and customer billing questions. The current offer is a Studio Session at US$59, one-time. A session lets you keep up to 10 photos you approve, with up to 60 rounds of changes, and can be reopened for 7 days after you close it.

Photo credits bought before 2026-10-22 stay valid and are handled under the terms in effect when you bought them.

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but don’t guarantee it. If a session cannot generate photos because of a fault on our side, we refund you in full without you having to ask.

7. Biometric data — written consent

To check that a generated photo resembles you, our software may convert your selfies into numerical face measurements. Under certain U.S. state laws — including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and the Washington Biometric Privacy Act — such measurements are regulated biometric information.

By checking the consent box at upload time, you authorize FreshFrame to: (a) collect, store, and process your face measurements solely to generate photos of you and check generated photos against your own photos; (b) share that data only with the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy §4; and (c) retain it for no longer than 30 days after your most recent purchase, after which it is permanently deleted.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@freshframe.co; we will delete your biometric data within 14 days of receipt. Withdrawal does not affect any photos already delivered to your gallery.

7A. Free demo — biometric consent

The free demo at /demo handles face measurements just like the paid product. Before the demo will accept your selfie, you must tick the affirmative-consent box on the page. We record the Terms-of-Service version you accepted, the consent timestamp, and a hashed IP, keyed off a session id stored in your browser. The uploaded selfie, the generated photo and any face measurements are deleted within 24 hours of upload; the consent record within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@freshframe.co. The demo is currently unavailable to visitors located in Illinois, Texas, Washington, and New York — see Privacy Policy §6A.

8. Data retention

See the Privacy Policy. TL;DR: uploaded photos, face measurements and draft images are deleted 30 days after your most recent purchase. Each new purchase resets that 30-day window. Photos you keep stay in your account until you delete them or your account. You can request deletion of everything at any time by emailing us.

9. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that generated photos will match every preference or produce any specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FreshFrame is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; if we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, email registered users. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
