14-day full refund
If you're not happy with your photos, email alex.c@freshframe.co within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the original payment in full. The photos stay yours — we don't ask for them back, and we don't argue.
Automatic refunds on under-delivery
If a shoot can't deliver the number of photos you paid for, the difference is refunded to your credit balance automatically — no email needed. If a shoot cannot be completed at all after multiple retries, we refund the purchase automatically.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the current period is refundable on a pro-rated basis on request. Credits already granted stay in your balance.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Full terms: Terms of Service §5.
